Armond is a Buffalo native and 5th-year candidate in the MD-PhD program at the Jacob’s School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo. Armond is a published researcher with diverse biomedical and clinical experience, and is the current Chair of the Education Committee for the Cannabis Association of New York (CANY). Guided by a passion for cannabis education and community revitalization, he and his childhood friend founded Revival: Pharm. Lab. Market. to be a source of trust, transparency, and top-shelf products in the cannabis industry. Armond is passionate about communicating the basics and intricacies of all things cannabis, while breaking the stigma in the process.
Charles Paglione
Charles is a Buffalo native currently residing in Denver, CO. He holds a Consulting Associate position at S2N Health, a MedTech strategy consulting firm. He has supported the C-Suite of dozens of medical technology companies with commercial strategy, market assessment, and M&A strategy. Charles graduated from Northeastern University with degrees in in Biomedical Engineering & Biochemistry. Charles is devoted to using science and education to eliminate common misconceptions around cannabis and bring the benefits of the plant to a wider community.

He has extensive cannabis operations experience, as well as a strong sales background that includes 15 years of experience with strategy, big box store retail, pricing, management, supply chain coordination and branding.

Kevin is an experienced leader in cannabis processing, with a passion for creating safe, enjoyable cannabis products. Kevin has spent years working in a variety of regulated markets, spanning Colorado, Ohio, Virginia, and New York.
Jasmine Salavati, PharmD
Jasmine is a residency trained clinical pharmacist with diverse experience across pharmacy including hospital-based practice and pharmaceutical compounding. She has been involved in medical cannabis research for various neurological diseases and is a member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians. Along with the rest of the scientific advisory board, she has a passion for studying the scientific and medicinal benefits of cannabis, as well as passing that knowledge on to consumers.
Dennis Fitzgibbon, PharmD, MBA
Dennis is a graduate of the University at Buffalo’s School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as the School of Management. He currently works as a staff pharmacist at an independent community pharmacy in Buffalo that serves patients all over NYS. He is educated in the therapeutic uses of cannabis and has a passion for cannabis science and community engagement.
